Accessibility

Orderfy should work for everyone who needs to use it.

Effective

1. Our commitment

Orderfy aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on this website, in the app and on the sign-in pages, in plain Australian English.

2. What this site does

  • Works by keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip link
  • Respects your reduced-motion setting, and has a motion switch in the footer that really turns animation off
  • Light and dark themes, with status always shown in text, never colour alone
  • Every chart has its numbers in text

3. The Orderfy app

  • Every screen works by keyboard, and every control has a label a screen reader can read
  • Status is always shown in words as well as colour
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content
  • Drivers and warehouse staff get a simplified phone app with large touch targets

4. How we check

We check each release against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated tests and by hand, by keyboard and with a screen reader. Any gap we know about is listed here, with when we expect to fix it. There are no known gaps listed at present.

5. Tell us

If something doesn't work for you, or you need a document in another format, tell us at accessibility@orderfy.com.au. We reply within 5 business days.

6. If you are not satisfied

You can complain to the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
