What it does

MRP & advanced inventory planning in Orderfy.

01

Reorder points, minimums and maximums

Set a minimum, a reorder point, a maximum and safety stock for each product, so low stock stands out before it runs out.

02

Lead times by product and supplier

Record how long each supplier takes, so due dates on purchase orders and promises to customers are realistic.

03

Buy in the right quantities

Minimum order quantities, order multiples and carton quantities are held on the product and applied when you buy.

04

Purchase orders from demand

Turn a customer order into supplier purchase orders in one step, split by supplier, for exactly what the order needs.

05

Kits and bundles

Sell a kit as one line and have its components picked, costed and tracked.

06

Made to order and core range

Mark products as made to order or as core range, so buying follows how each product is really sold.

FAQ

MRP & advanced inventory planning: common questions.

Something else? Ask us.

Is Orderfy a manufacturing MRP system?

No. Orderfy plans purchasing and stock for suppliers, wholesalers and distributors. It handles kits and bundles, but it is not a production scheduler for factories.

Can purchase orders be raised from sales orders?

Yes. One step turns the lines of a sales order into purchase orders, split by supplier, to be sent to your warehouse or straight to the customer's site.
