About Orderfy, ERP software for Australian wholesalers and trade suppliers
Made in the middle of the supply chain.
Orderfy grew out of an ERP built in-house for an Australian trade supplier, and used there every working day. We turned it into a product so every trade supplier can run on it.
The name
Orderfy. As in, put it in order.
Trade supply runs on orders: the customer's, the supplier's, the warehouse's. Orderfy keeps every one of them in a single system, in order. The name says the job.
The Orderfy symbol
The story
Built at the counter.
Generic software kept leaving gaps: orders re-keyed into purchase orders, deposits tracked in spreadsheets, deliveries signed for on paper. So the system was built where the work happens, order by order, until the gaps were gone.
- Where it started
- As the in-house ERP of an Australian trade supplier, shaped by real quotes, real back orders and real delivery runs.
- What it became
- A product: every business on its own database, hosted in Australia, with sign-in, backups, audit and support built around it.
- Who it is for
- Trade suppliers, wholesalers, distributors and importers, from one counter to several warehouses.
What we care about
Four rules.
Built for the trade
Not for every industry. For suppliers who sell before they buy, and the people at their counters, in their warehouses and in their trucks.
Your data, your database
A database for your business only, in Australia. A full export whenever you ask.
Plain English
In the app, on the invoice and in the terms. If a sentence needs a second read, we rewrite it.
Security first
Thirty-two ISO standards are built into how we design, test and run Orderfy.
